22 Automotive is an established automotive repair facility in Milverton, Ontario, featuring 6 service bays for all your automotive needs. At 22 Automotive, we have the highest quality equipment to efficiently and effectively diagnose and repair cars, trucks, SUVs or utility trailers. Some of the many services we provide are fleet service, A/C repair, alignments, safety inspections, general repairs, tires and wheels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet Customer and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles
- Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
- Order necessary parts from suppliers and double-check that they are deliver to technicians
- Ensure that automotive work provided to customer meets company quality standards
- Invoice and collect payment from customer for services rendered
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer database

Qualifications:

- Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs and parts
- Secondary education in automotive field or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs to workable technician orders
- Excellent knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools
- Organizational skill including the ability to schedule appointments, meet with customers and ensure that work is done properly
- Exceptional customer service skills based on experience
- Continuing education and knowledge acquisition on the function and repair of newer vehicles
- Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process bills and customer payment
- Ability to communicate complicated automotive processes to customer who may only have basic automotive knowledge
- Able to work well as a team and take responsibility for individual position
- Dependable, reliable and responsible

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth, ON N0K 1M0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
