Bee-Clean is currently looking for exceptional Janitorial Staff members for the **Langford Team**. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual looking for a full-time opportunity to supplement their current schedule. We are Canada’s largest 100% Canadian-owned janitorial company. With over 20 offices across Canada, we have been providing expert building maintenance and complete janitorial services for 50 years to a variety of clients.

**Site Supervisor for Westshore Town Center, Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.**

**Job Duties**:
**Supervision & Leadership**
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance operations at assigned site(s).
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure coverage of all areas.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
- Ensure staff comply with safety regulations, company policies, and client expectations.

**Operations & Quality Control**
- Conduct regular inspections of site cleanliness and service standards.
- Assign tasks and monitor completion within required timelines.
- Respond promptly to client requests, complaints, or service issues.
- Ensure cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Monitor use of chemicals and equipment to ensure safe, efficient use.

**Administration & Reporting**
- Maintain staff attendance, timesheets, and work records accurately.
- Prepare and submit site reports (daily/weekly/monthly as required).
- Track inventory of cleaning supplies and submit orders to management.
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications and performance metrics.

**Health, Safety & Compliance**
- Enforce workplace health and safety practices, including WHMIS.
- Report and document incidents, accidents, or hazards immediately.
- Conduct safety talks and ensure staff use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed.

**Client & Stakeholder Relations**
- Act as the primary on-site contact for clients & building management.
- Attend site meetings with clients or management when required.
- Communicate effectively between staff, management, and clients to ensure service satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Successful applicants will have to undergo the necessary background checks and security clearances of which all costs are covered by Bee Clean
- Day time cleaning only between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm
- Able to work independently or in teams
- Attention to detail, efficient, positive attitude
