My Bistro, a part of My Catering Group, is a locally owned and creative food and beverage café operating out of some of Canada’s most important cultural institutions: the Canadian Museum of History, the Canadian War Museum, and the Canadian Museum of Nature. Our vision is to offer a fresh and healthy experience with excellent customer service.

We are looking for a full-time cook to join our Nature Bistro team. This cook will be part of the prep and execution for a high volume cafe.

**Responsibilities**:
*Set up workstations *Maintaining par levels of product *Prepare dishes for cafe service *Follow health and safety guidelines *Prep for larger events and internal drop offs

**Qualifications**:
*Proven working experience as a cook *Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Work within a small team
