**Seeking an Experienced Dental Receptionist**

Riverpark Dental is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Dental Receptionist with **prior experience in an Ontario Dental office**. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care and managing the front desk efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Verify benefit information and process billing and predeterminations
- Maintain organized patient records
- Handle phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Dental Receptionist in an Ontario Dental office**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with dental software and scheduling systems (Cleardent experience is a bonus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
