With tens of thousands of parcels fulfilled daily, we have established ourselves as a leader in the last mile delivery and e-commerce fulfillment operation in Canada.
**Responsibilities**
- With support, you are responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving targets.
- Develop the marketing plan, strategies, tactics, and resources to achieve business goals.
- Transform the marketing function into a strategic asset of UniUni. - Own and centralize the brand positioning, targeting and overall brand strategy.
- Manage creative personnel and marketing assets to deliver on-brand and consistent work product.
- Mine behavioral insights to support design, development, and implementation of messaging, services and creative projects.
- Oversee and provide direction to market and competitor analysis. - Support other business areas and programs for both acquisition and retention marketing.
- Provide leadership, direction, and management of the market research function.
- Create and manage a system to track, measure, and analyze performance.
- Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing objectives and are an effective use of resources.
- Support and advise the company’s leadership in the development of affiliations and partnership arrangements.
- Provide marketing skills and expertise to the company by developing, and managing a capable marketing team.
- Collaborate and work closely with other c-suite executive team members.
**Qualifications**
- At least 8 years of experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in marketing and planning roles, managing multiple talent resources, communications channels, creative projects and organizational systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required;
- Administration and Management -Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Communications and Media — Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
- A creative thinker and proven leader with a track record of translating thinking into action plans and output.
- Leadership and people management skills with the proven ability or clear potential to successfully inspire, lead and scale large teams within a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is critical.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Ability to create, implement, and monitor plans and budgets.
- Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to market ideas, solutions, services and products.
