**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that best suit their needs and preferences.
- Conduct measurements for proper fitting of eyewear, including pupillary distance and segment height.
- Provide information on lens options, coatings, and other optical products.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked optical display area.
- Process orders for eyewear and manage inventory levels.
- Collaborate with laboratory technicians to ensure accurate fabrication of lenses.
- Utilize optical software systems, such as Epic, for patient records and order management.
- Educate patients on proper eyewear care and maintenance.
- Handle retail sales transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Optician or in a related optical field is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to eye care is beneficial.
- Strong sales skills with a background in retail management or retail sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with laboratory processes for lens fabrication is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and service.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
