**Labourer, Flagger,**_**work in hay field**_

The Labourer is responsible for providing labour support in a safe and effective manner as instructed by site Foreman.

**Responsibilities**
- Pipe laying experience an asset
- Prepare sites to ensure maximum optimization of construction work procedure
- Clean debris, trash and hazardous materials from construction sites
- Dig trenches and pour concrete as instructed (hand digging included)
- Assist in installing sewerage pipes and drains
- Place traffic signs to warn traffic of construction in process
- Load and unload equipment from trucks
- Ensure that all work is being done in compliance with the company’s protocols
- Use hand tools to dig, cut and shape material as per instructions
- All other duties as assigned

**Skills**
- Physically fit
- Highly punctual
- Able to work as a functioning member of a team
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment
- Able to effectively communicate
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Safety equipment required (Steel-toed safety boots and vest)

Hourly wage depend on experience - Starts at $18/hour
