Poseidon Cleaning Services offers mobile auto detailing, carpet & upholstery cleaning as well as a variety of power washing and other cleaning services. We are looking to hire a hardworking Permanent Part-Time Labourer.
In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for driving company vehicle(s) to client location (s), assessing customer needs, recommending the appropriate course of action to the customer, then ensuring all your work is completed to high standards. You may also be required to inform or demonstrate to the customer other services we offer ensuring all customer needs are fulfilled.
To be successful in this role you will possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and be physically fit. Ultimately, a top-class labourer is fit, friendly, and efficient.
**Some of the Team Members Responsibilities**:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their cleaning needs.
- Assessing the state of the customer's belongings needing to be cleaned.
- Securing payment for services rendered and providing customers with a receipt.
**Requirements**:
- Full Class G driver’s license and clean driving record a must
- Ability to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record, and criminal background check
- Previous work experience as an auto detailer, carpet cleaner, or other cleaning role preferred but not required
- Detailed knowledge of cleaning detergents and cleaning machines a plus
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate industrial cleaning machines
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture, 50lbs
