**YOUR ROLE**
- Monitor, analyze and report on product performance (weekly sales, weekly best sellers)
- Perform in-season management (analytics & recommendations for repeats, mkds, etc)
- Perform pre-season planning: build & balance conceptual assortment plans (based on targets, performance analytics & trends)
- Manage department budget pre-determined by Planning
- Build & purchase a balanced collection (styles, breadth and depth) based on the needs of the region(s)
- Monitor competition on an ongoing basis
- Work with Product development team to clearly communicate business needs and ensure a strong product offering
- Attend product filtering sessions to ensure region(s)’ product needs are met
- Perform cross-function collaboration activities to ensure Go-to-Market calendar activities are delivered
- Create and modify STOs (sales orders)
- Perform cross-function collaboration activities with distribution, planning, VM.
- Achieve target budgets, margins and sell throughs

- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business or related Degree
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong computer skills, with excellent knowledge of Excel
- Passionate with solid knowledge of fashion trends
- Good time management, prioritisation, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical & multitasking skills
- Skilled problem solver with the ability to adapt to frequently changing needs of the business
- Solid financial and budgetary comprehension
