**Description**:
Wicehtowak Frontec Services is seeking a Head Camp Attendant to join our team in Jansen, SK. The Head Camp Attendant is responsible for supervising the general housekeeping, linen cleaning, overall cleanliness, and maintaining hygienic conditions within the living units. This position is responsible for all Camp Attendants/Janitors and their work loads.

**Where We Work and Live**:
The Jansen Discovery Lodge is a workforce housing facility in support of the BHP Jansen potash mine. The camp is located 155 kilometers east of Saskatoon, SK.

Our positions work on a 14 day on, 7 days off rotation. Accommodations and meals during your work rotations are provided by the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership, supervision, training, coaching and support to all Camp Attendants and Janitors. Delegate tasks and assign workloads effectively to all Camp Attendants and Janitors, and ensure that Camp Attendant and Janitor duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Review and monitor daily schedules to ensure effective coverage for workload completion
- Maintain clear and efficient communication and coordination with the Front Desk team and other lodge departments
- Respond to and follow up on guest concerns and problems as they are reported in a timely manner
- Conduct weekly and monthly inventories to ensure sufficient housekeeping product and linen supplies are available at all times
- Conduct daily detailed inspections of guest rooms, public areas and exterior areas of the lodge
- Ensure compliance with the ATCO Lodge standards, including Health, Safety and Environment standards and regulations
- Conduct effective daily Toolbox Safety meetings that reflect relevant housekeeping safety topics, and emphasizes the goals of worker safety
- Assist Lodge Managers in evaluating employee performance by proving clear and factual performance feedback
- Perform standard Housekeeping duties whenever necessary to support operational requirements
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a remote camp environment is an asset
- Head Camp Attendants must have 2 or more years’ experience in a housekeeping role, and 2 to 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent people skills
- Clear and effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment
