**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and the overall dining area throughout service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Follow all restaurant policies regarding health, safety, and sanitation.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required. Minimum 2-3 years.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others as part of a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
