**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve store targets.
- Manage daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales management or retail management is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in training development for team members is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Strong computer skills, experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Previous experience in store management is advantageous but not mandatory.

**Work Hours**

This is a part-time position. Most weeks will consist of 20.5 hours per week:

- Fridays 2:00pm - 8:00pm
- Saturday 6:30am - 2:30pm
- Sundays 6:30am - 1:00pm

The person in this position will have the opportunity to work additional hours when a member of the Sales Team requires coverage. This position is expected to cover for the General Manager when the GM is away (e.g. vacation, ill), resulting in 30-40 hours per week, 3-4 times per year. The person in this position may initially work over 20.5 hours a week to complete the company training.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
