MWK Construction is based out of Lacombe, Alberta. We are looking for construction laborer's who want to broaden their skill set with modern construction techniques. We specialize in installation of Insulated Concrete Forms. We are an industry leader in ICF construction in Central Alberta and we provide high quality final products for our customers in a timely manner with a crew that maintains a high level of professionalism.

**Job description**

Work closely with Crew Leader with installation of construction projects.

Maintain a clean and safe job site, and assist Crew Leader in keeping an orderly and stocked equipment trailer.

Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles.

Perform highly physical installation work on a consistent basis. This includes measuring and cutting product.

Work as part of a team and take direction.

Always represent the company’s best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

Understand and meet project schedule deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality.

Keep accurate timesheet records, submitted for review and signoff by the required deadlines.

Perform other tasks or projects as assigned / instructed by Crew Leader

Must have valid driver's license and own means of transportation to get to the shop by Lacombe and job sites.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
