**Visco Industrial Bolton (Traction/Napa) is currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor** **Job description** - Supportive teammates who are passionate about providing exceptional service - "The Perks" including employee pricing on automobile parts/products, flexible benefits program including health, medication & dental, pension plan - Access to personal development and technical training programs - Learn and collaborate with the best in the industry **Responsibilities and Duties** - Customer order validation and fulfillment - Receiving incoming stock orders/shipments - Re-stocking shelves and moving parts; Some heavy lifting required - Verifying shipments received against shipping documents - Assisting with other store operational functions as outlined by the Store Manager - Adhering to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials - Must be available to work various shifts including mornings, evenings (until 7 pm), and alternating Saturdays - Delivery of parts to customers - Warehouse and retail maintenance - Supervise a team of shippers, receivers, and delivery drivers **Qualifications and Skills** - Automotive / Heavy Duty Truck parts supply background and /or knowledge - Functionally literate and capable of recognizing part numbers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines - Strong attention to details **Location**: 195 Healey Road, Bolton Ontario Additional pay: - Overtime pay **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Profit sharing - RRSP match - Store discount Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime - Weekend availability COVID-19 considerations: Wearing a mask is mandatory, social distancing, and proper handwashing technique.
