We are seeking a dedicated **full-time Warehouse** **Forklift Operator**to join our Emergency Restoration Services Team. This position is based out of our main office in Bolton at 27 Nixon Road, Monday to Friday from 7:00am-4:30pm.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Primary operator of the forklift and scissor lift within warehouse
- Move materials around warehouse using pallets and crates
- Stack loads in correct storage bay or onto racking, following inventory control procedures
- Pallet wrapping and labelling
- Receive and execute daily assignments from the Operation Supervisors, Operation Coordinator, or VP of Emergency Services
- Assist Operation Supervisors in organizing contents, cleaning, keeping inventory of equipment and arranging hazardous waste disposal of products within the warehouse
- Stock supply rooms
- Work as part of the Restoration Team to assist with sourcing supplies and preparing equipment for crews daily
- Offload supplies and equipment received in the warehouse
- Preparation of contents for pickup by trades
- Comply with company policies to help maintain a safe and orderly work environment, reporting hazards and quality concerns to management as needed
- General labor within the warehouse and occasionally on job sites as required

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Availability to work Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:30 pm
- CSA approved safety footwear
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and perform heavy lifting on a consistent basis (up to 50 lbs) in various work environments
- Active participation in on-going training and safety certifications as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- **3+ years of work experience in a similar position**
- Valid Forklift and Elevated Platforms Certification
- Excellent communication and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to take direction and work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic with the ability to problem solve independently
- Firm understanding of job safety and the ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE)
