**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
- Respond to IT support tickets promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and security checks.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Comfort working from **home**, in the **office**, or on-site at **client locations**.
- A **diploma or degree** in **Information Technology** (or a related field).
- At least **4 years** of hands-on experience in the **IT industry**.
- A solid understanding of **computer networks**—components, topologies, and how it all connects.
- Experience with **Microsoft 365**, especially **SharePoint** and **Teams**.
- Proficiency in **Windows Server** administration across all key areas.
- Skilled in **computer hardware** troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with **Apple products** and how to support them.
- Experience with **Microsoft Azure** is a definite plus.
- A team player mindset—you work well in collaborative environments.
- A **reliable vehicle** and a **valid driver’s license** for client visits.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
