Dealing Representative

Gatehouse Design + Developments is looking to add a Dealing Representative to their growing team, responsible for growing the new capital raising venture, Gatehouse Partners.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Grow and curate a database of prospects and clients using CRM software.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the Canadian capital markets landscape and competitor products.
- Work directly with the Marketing Manager to inform promotional materials, advertising strategies and product presentations.
- Participate in networking and business development activities to further promote the Gatehouse Capital brand and products.
- Nurture client relationships by providing regular product updates and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Implement and prepare investment activities reports to present to Gatehouse leadership.
- Complete and maintain client documents and implement file management processes.

**Requirements**:

- Successful completion of the Exempt Market Proficiency course.
- Proven success in sales and/or business development, preferably in the investment industry.
- Ability to effectively network and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and prioritizing skills, and the ability to manage competing demands.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
