**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, as well as planned outside events.
- Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's mental well-being.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks.
- Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Document client progress and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in transportation and activities.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in group home or caregiving is preferred.
- Knowledge of trauma care practices and seven sacred teachings.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols is advantageous.
- Experience working with youth trauma care education or addiction.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Apprenticeship

Pay: $19.79-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
