**Key Responsibilities**:
- Wood-Fired Oven Maintenance: Ensure the oven is running efficiently, performing regular checks, and keeping the cooking area clean and safe.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee day-to-day operations in the kitchen, including managing food prep, cooking, and plating for our pizza menu.
- Staff Leadership: Lead a team of cooks, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow. Foster a collaborative, positive team environment.
- Training & Development: Train new staff on cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and Stoked Bakehouse standards to maintain quality and consistency.
- Scheduling & Ordering: Create staff schedules, ensure the kitchen is stocked with necessary ingredients, and place orders as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Quality Control: Ensure all pizzas are made to perfection and maintain consistency across the menu. Monitor food safety and cleanliness standards
- 3+ years of experience in a kitchen setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of wood-fired ovens and pizza-making techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team.
- Passion for food, cooking, and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
