**During the day, you will perform the following tasks**:

- Offer an exceptional welcome to patients coming at the clinic
- Schedule patient appointments
- Assist patients with their private insurance
- Assist with other administrative tasks.

**Attributes we are looking for**:

- Someone who values exceptional customer service;
- A person who is fluent in both french and english (oral and written);
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service;
- Min. of 2 years of experience in the dental field;
- Good understanding or ease of learning various softwares; we use Dentitek, Slack and Google Drive;
- Capable of taking on new responsibilities over time;
- Excellent interpersonal relationship and good communication skills.
