We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. **Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and cash handling.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies.
- Engage in both inside and outside sales activities to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and follow-up.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Assist in account management for repeat customers, ensuring their ongoing needs are met.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of construction and renovation processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive customer interaction.
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards.
