**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced handyman for a residential/commercial renovation. The job has a time frame of 8 months and will be between two different projects in Toronto. Hours will differ per week as it is occasional work, when needed.

**Job Type / Category**

Punctuality is paramount. Delivering projects on time is how we maintain our reputation. You will work well as part of a team and carry yourself to a high standard, striving to demonstrate your best work. Clear communication with the Site Superintendent will be established and maintained regularly throughout the project. Job sites will be kept neat, clean and organized. Must have previous experience with:

- Hardwood/laminate flooring installation
- Tile installation
- Framing (wood and metal)
- Drywall and taping
- Painting
- Trim and doors

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

Job experience in construction is required (renovations and skilled trade). A vehicle and proper licensing is required. Basic tools, safety glasses and boots are also required. Company shirts will be provided.
