We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Handymen that work in the Renovations field to join our team as a Handyman.

With a focus on patchwork, silicone and caulking, framing, drywall patchwork, general carpentry, Door frame adjustments, minor plumbing, exceptional painting skills, and general labor, we are looking for individuals with 2- 10 years of proven expertise and experience in the Handyman sector.

Most of the work is allocated in Highrise Condo buildings and you will work with our team in completing deficiencies throughout a condo building.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct various PDI renovations tasks, including patchwork, silicone and caulking, framing, drywall patchwork, painting, and general labor.
- Ensure HIGH-QUALITY, workmanship and cleanliness and attention to detail in all assigned projects.
- Ability to travel to different locations within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
- Full-time position with the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.

**Requirements**:

- Small business license with 2-10 years of experience in renovations.
- Proficiency in smooth drywall patchwork, silicone and caulking, steel and wood framing, drywall patchwork, exceptional painting skills, Hardwood, general door adjustments, Laminate and tiling experience and occasional general labor.
- MUST HAVE GOOD EYE FOR DETAIL
- Flexibility to travel to various locations in the GTA.
- Full-time availability and physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Successful completion of a three-month probation period.
