**Job Title**: Solutions Sales Specialist - Full Time
**Position Summary**
As a member of our Account Management Team, the primary role of the Solutions Specialist will be to qualify leads and guide them through the sales process to generate new, recurring buyers. Your will work alongside the sales manager, learning through a combination of training and shadowing day-to-day activities of other Solutions Specialists.

**Bonus Experience**
- General telecom knowledge
- General Cloud service knowledge
- General knowledge of computer networks and firewall configuration
- General understanding of network devices security
- Great listening skills to understand clients’ needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with CRM
- Past experience in an outside sales role developing new business
- Excellent prospecting skills
- Experience in a Business-to-Business sales environment
- Fluent in English and French
- Ability to commute on occasion to head office in Kingston, ON
