Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Line Cook to join us primarily for Sunday shifts. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of kitchen experience, who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high standards in a busy kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Tempura and appetizers according to Murasaki’s authentic recipes and quality standards
- Assist main cooks and sushi chefs in order coordination and kitchen flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station and kitchen area
- Support dishwashing and other kitchen duties as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
- Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols at all times

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience required (Japanese cuisine experience is a strong advantage)
- Willingness and availability to work Sundays (mandatory)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude
- Motivated to learn new skills and grow within the culinary field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed instructions
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
