The Opportunity:
O2E Brands is looking for a Jr Billing Specialist (contract position) to join our growing team As part of the National Accounts Accounts Receivable department, you will be responsible for providing support to the NA Billing Team with regards to the invoicing needs of our National Account Customers.

We’re looking for a Jr Billing Specialist (contract position) to join our rockstar team to support the daily invoicing and compliance checks for invoicing requirements for the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? National Account customers..

For this role’s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of time.

A Day in the Life:

- Working with Vendor Portals for invoice submission and compliance issues
- Auditing service level work to ensure compliance with invoicing requirements
- Support of other invoicing, reporting and other functions within the team as needed
- Support Billing team transition to Oracle NetSuite ERP system
- Other projects or functions as required depending on business needs

What You Bring to the Table:

- A positive and empathetic attitude
- At least one year billing and/or two+ years accounts receivable experience
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven ability to multitask and follow up on actions / issues
- Exceptional skills to problem solve with empathy
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP and Oracle NetSuite
