**About Us**:
The Lions Village of Greater Edmonton Society is dedicated to providing quality, safe, and affordable housing for seniors in our community. We operate three seniors housing buildings in Edmonton and are committed to creating a supportive and welcoming environment for our residents. The Site Caretaker must live onsite and total compensation includes the housing benefit

**About the position**:
The purpose of the Site Caretaker position at Lions Village of Greater Edmonton Society is to maintain the functionality and cleanliness of our seniors’ housing buildings, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Ultimately, the Site Caretaker plays a vital role in
creating a supportive and welcoming atmosphere where seniors can age in place with dignity and peace of mind.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to resident concerns and inquiries in a timely and compassionate manner
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring a smooth transition for residents
- Maintain cleanliness and order of common areas, both indoors and outdoors
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of the buildings
- Collaborate with fellow Site Caretakers and support each other as needed

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record and Vulnerable Person check
- Passion for serving seniors and creating a positive living environment

**Salary**: $3,800.00-$4,666.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
