**Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Asset Management**:

- Track and monitor trailers, yard equipment, and support assets.
- Maintain accurate logs and ensure assets are properly positioned and documented.
- **Facility & Equipment Maintenance**:

- Perform basic facility repairs (e.g., fixing a plugged toilet, replacing light bulbs).
- Conduct minor maintenance on small equipment such as lawn mowers, hand tools, etc.
- Identify maintenance issues and take initiative to address or report them promptly.
- **Heavy Equipment Operation**:

- Operate large snow removal and yard maintenance equipment, including front-end loaders and graders.
- Clear snow, move materials, and maintain a safe and organized yard environment.
- **General Support**:

- Assist terminal staff with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth terminal operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and facilities.
- Respond to urgent maintenance or support needs as they arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Prior experience in a support, maintenance, or logistics yard environment preferred.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as loaders and graders (certification or verifiable experience required).
- Basic mechanical skills for small equipment and facility repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license (1A a plus but not required).

**Work Environment**:

- Outdoor yard and indoor facility environments; exposure to varying weather.
- Hands-on, physical tasks combined with light administrative tracking duties.
