WCLC is currently looking for a VLT Field Technician with at least 3 years of experience to join our VLT Division in Regina Saskatchewan. This division manages the operation of Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs) in the province of Saskatchewan and is looking for someone with a strong working knowledge of electronics, customer service and is able to work independently.

Reporting to the Team Lead, VLT Field support; the Field Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair of Video Lottery terminals and related equipment used by the VLT Division.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with other members of the field team as well as many other departments within the division to support various business needs.

In joining our team as a field technician, you’ll be accountable for
- Troubleshoot and repair Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs) at liquor licensed locations
- Install and coordinate new VLTs and related equipment
- Interact with VLT retailers to perform preventative maintenance on VLTs
- Replace VLT’s on an annual basis
- Interact with internal WCLC call center staff
- Maintain service vehicle at proper intervals
- Maintain service parts inventory
- Complete all required paperwork on a timely basis
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair defects, site power deficiencies, and network problems
- Document work on service reports and any problems encountered
- Review site operation and provide site assistance
- Assist in field tests, and test new products and parts
- Provide on-call support on a rotational basis
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move or shift weights up to 300 pounds on a regular basis
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary training in a related discipline, preferably Electronics Technology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability to work Monday through Sunday
- Please mention any travel expectations, overnights required etc

**Who we are**

WCLC’s VLT division is contracted by LGS (Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan) to manage and operate VLTs in Saskatchewan. The VLT division operates 4,200 VLTs across the province, and WCLC provides training, installation, and maintenance of the VLTs, as well as a central operating system.

WCLC is the non-profit organization authorized to manage, conduct, and operate lotteries - at retail and online - and other gaming-related activities for the governments of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba as well as the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. We work closely with our provincial partners to bring a first-rate lottery experience to our players and meet their changing needs with new technology and tools.
