We’re seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to welcome guests and set the tone for a memorable dining experience.

**Position Overview**:
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, the Host/Hostess plays a key role in creating a welcoming and smooth-flowing environment. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and thank them as they leave
- Manage the waitlist and seating chart using reservation software (e.g., OpenTable)
- Answer a text line and take reservations
- Provide accurate wait times and accommodate guest requests when possible
- Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure smooth table turnover
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area
- Uphold restaurant policies and promote a professional dining atmosphere

**Qualifications**:

- Previous host or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Outgoing and courteous personality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
