Contract Coordinator - Casino Gaming (12 Month Contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to assist the Senior Commercial Contract Manager and Director Relationship Management in managing the contract lifecycle between OLG and the Service Provider.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Director, Relationship Management, the Contract Coordinator, will be empowered to assist in managing the Transaction Agreement:

- Obligation Management and Traceability Logging_- Support the Senior Commercial Contract Manager in maintaining obligation logs- Upload/download information, disseminate to appropriate internal stakeholders, and maintain accurate records of all transactions- Log incidents, deficiencies, issues etc., assist with root cause analysis, assist in following up and driving towards closure and resolution of all items
- Contract Administration_- Assist with gathering information related to contract changes, completing risk assessments, assessing value of proposed changes and following up on stakeholder feedback- Attend internal/external meetings, document meeting minutes and action items, follow up to ensure action items are completed- Identify opportunities for improvements and increased efficiencies- Assist with preparing purchase orders and cheque requisitions, and processing regular and ad hoc payments- Assist with gathering and compiling performance data for various reports- Act as backup for the Senior Commercial Contract Manager

WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY
- Work Experience:_ Minimum 2 years of experience administering complex commercial contracts.
- Education: _Post-secondary diploma/degree in a relevant field.
- Assets:_ Experience working in casino operations, gaming industry, public sector or other type of regulated environment.
- Skills & Knowledge_: Understanding of legal terminology related to service provider contracts, contract management processes, creating purchase orders and processing payments, minute-taking and action item/log tracking.
- Results Driven_: Highly organized, detail-oriented, demonstrate initiative and deliver quality work.
- Collaboration_: Well-developed interpersonal skills and communication skills, builds and leverages strong working relationships.
