Our commitment to craftsmanship, doing the right thing and creating customers for life has cemented our reputation as one of Canada’s most respected privately held companies About the Role: Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will support our business leaders in complex, long-term decision making as we continue to grow the company. You will assist in providing timely and meaningful financial insights to enable the business to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions. **What You'll Do** - Manage and review quarterly and annual KPI reporting process for Corporate and Line of Business functions; - Collaborate with business units in delivering financial visibility and transparency through cash flow projections, risk analysis, and scenario analysis; - Assess organizational debt metrics and updates to dashboards through Power BI. - Provide analysis and recommendations on new opportunities in partnership with the Investment Committee; - Collaborate with business units to ensure quality of financial data and analyze financial results; - Maintain governance over assumptions for discount rate and cap rate. What you Bring: - Five (5) years of experience involving oversight and accountability in FP&A; - Designated CPA or CFA; - Strong analytical skills demonstrated through your ability to work in in complex spreadsheets and interpret large volumes of business data; - Demonstrated ability to listen intently and work collaboratively, building strong relationships across the organization and with external partners; - Strong Excel skills demonstrated through complex financial modelling; - Demonstrated experience managing changing priorities efficiently and effectively. - Experience working in the real estate industry will be considered an asset; - Experience using BI tools is an asset; **Who You Are** - Integrous: Principled and conscientious, you take your commitments seriously, keeping your promises. - Continually Creating Excellence: You are always raising the bar.
