**ABOUT US**

Cestar College is looking for a dynamic sales individual to join our team as an Education Sales Representative. As an Education Sales Representative, you would be responsible for recruiting and enrolling students in Cestar College programs by converting leads received by the College into future students.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum Grade 12 (OSSD or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum two (2) year of demonstrated experience and proven success in student recruitment or a sales-related position or occupation.
- Two (2) years experience in customer service, communications or public speaking is required.
- Experience in MS Office (especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and lead management software is required.
- Prior experience in a sales position in the Private Career College industry would be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Access to a home work space, computer equipment, and reliable internet and phone service is required to support working remotely.
- Ability to work in person at our North Toronto location is required.

This position is a permanent full-time opportunity. Hours of work will be 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
