**Job Summary**
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, service, and hospitality meet the highest standards. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining food safety standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Oversee food preparation and production processes to guarantee quality and consistency.
- Manage team performance through effective training, mentoring, and leadership.
- Collaborate with culinary staff to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Implement efficient operational procedures to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory control and manage ordering processes for kitchen supplies.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong culinary background with experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with food production techniques and food safety regulations.
- Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
Pay: $57,500.00-$60,000.00 per year
