**Performance Collision Brampton** is looking for a **310B Licensed Automotive Technician** to join their high
- volume shop and is offering **a Competitive Compensation** **Package** including a flat hourly rate totalling to **$100,000 - $140,000 per year**, a **lucrative production bonus**, a **tool and boot allowance** and a **$5,000 signing bonus** paid out after three and six months of employment.

**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:

- Diagnosing Problems and Inspecting Vehicles
- Manufacturing Autobody operations
- Car Exterior related repairs
- Perform all work as outlined on the front of the repair order and as authorized on the back, with efficiency and accuracy, and in accordance with company and factory standards.
- Ensure that all work performed is thorough, accurate, and completed in a timely fashion.
- Other Duties as required by management

**What you need to succeed**:

- Autobody Technician, fully licensed (310B).
- 3-4 years experience with auto body repairs.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.
- Must be team oriented, hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work overtime when required.

**This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience and bonus earnings**

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
