Job description

We are seeking experienced auto body repair technicians and painters to join our dedicated team. We value a strong work ethic, adherence to best practices, and organizational skills. Quality workmanship is paramount to our business and your success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto body repair and painting
  • Clean track record
  • Paint and bodywork experience required

Specific Skills:

  • Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces
  • Plan work in accordance to reviewed damage reports and repair cost estimates
  • Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting
  • Blend and match paint colors accurately
  • Additional skills as necessary

Experience In:

  • Paint spraying
  • Repairing doors and frames
  • Frame straightening (preferred)

Other Requirements:

  • Professionalism in customer service
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
