**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **Communications Specialist** to manage internal and external communications strategies. This role will involve crafting clear and concise content for diverse media channels, creating engaging messaging, and supporting public relations efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
- Create content for press releases, newsletters, websites, and social media platforms.
- Manage public relations efforts, including media relations and crisis communication.
- Provide communication support for corporate events, programs, and initiatives.
- Monitor media coverage and public opinion to adjust communication strategies as needed.
- Work closely with senior leadership and various departments to ensure consistent messaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate communications or public relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience in media relations and crisis communication.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications or public relations roles.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, content management systems, and social media.
- **Other**: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
