Dump Truck Drivers are essential in driving production on site and in the trench. They are expected to have demonstrated competency to a supervisor, or designated mentor, in all Core Responsibilities of a Dump Truck Driver.
It is an expectation they adhere to the policies outlined in Hall’s HSE and are an active participant in site organization and safety.

**Core Responsibilities**:
Operate commercial dump trucks, truck and pony and rock trucks to transport materials off site.

Supervise the loading and unloading of materials.Verify weights, complete and track tickets
- Perform pre and post trip daily inspections and required documentation

**You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal sk**ills:
Qualifications:
2-5 years' experience driving dump trucks.
- Class 1 BC Driver license with a clean commercial and private driver’s abstract.

Technical Skills:
Experienced in safely working in and around construction sites.

Verifying material loaded does not exceed weight restrictionsPlan or adjust routes based on road regulations, changing conditions using computer GPS equipment or other navigation devices.Follow all Federal, Provincial and company regulations to maintain a safe operating vehicle and work environmenWill unconditionally reporting any accidents, injuries or mechanical concerns to management.Communicate with dispatchers to organize routing and delivery schedules
- Tarping as required and ensuring safety and security of cargo
