**Program Coordinator**

**Who you are**

You are a highly motivated individual who is dynamic, has a passion for people and can roll up your sleeves and roll with it. You are a multi-tasker that can pivot and move into different situations with ease and very little stress. You can manage your time effectively and with a high level of detail to ensure the training program schedule is followed and the time allotted to each rotation is met. You have an expert knowledge level and can answer questions the patient may have about their current treatment and offer suggestions additional treatments.

Reports to: Training Manager

Two up Leader: Leader, Education & Business Development

**Doing what you do best**

**Training Program Concierge**
- Maintain registration records and student profiles (create new profiles and add packages to Jane and Hubspot)
- Take note of all student allergies in registration packages and place catering orders with requests to accommodate
- Assist with call backs
- Manage all training course supplies
- Develop schedule for all students and instructors
- Prepare student certificates
- Opening/closing duties of entire training facility
- Schedule demo appointments
- Give introductory details on all treatments offered at clinic
- Educate all demos on upcoming course slots for current and new courses
- Oversee safety protocols in place to ensure health and safety of our patients and team members

**Qualifications**:

- Experience within the Medical Aesthetics field is a must
- Experience running training and education programs is an asset
- Experience working with vendors is a must
- Bachelors degree
- Detail oriented
- Entrepreneur spirit
- Outgoing personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift
