A die cutting press operator is a reliable individual who is able to pay close attention to detail, follow and adhere to safety standards, and successfully work as a team with the willingness to continually learn and improve. Operators will manage the assigned machine and the job. This position should show leadership skills and take ownership in the job assigned. This operator position will ensure that production procedures are carried out smoothly so as to maximize efficiency and profits.

This position is located at our Concord Facility.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Providing support in setting up and operating Heidelberg Rotary Press & Easymatrix 106 CS
- Loading and unloading die cutter press and troubleshoot as necessary
- Assist the press production to achieve maximum output
- Monitor minimum and maximum levels of all products
- Monitor and maintain various steel rule dies and help matrix the dies
- Perform all assigned work safely and efficiently while meeting tight deadlines

**Knowledge and Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Experience running Heidelberg rotary press
- Knowledge of die cutting presses
- 5 Year's experience as a machine operator, including set-up experience

Monday to Friday
6 AM to 2 PM

OR

2 PM to 10PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
