**Order Entry Technician**

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Order entry, customer service and inside sales functions
- Take and complete regular sales orders including information on customizations
- Ensure the front show room is organized, neat, tidy and clean
- Answer phones professionally, handling customer service requests and forwarding calls as required
- Handle customer service requests including discussing orders, shipments, service and/or pricing
- Liaise with the Embellishment team on embroidery orders and provide clarity on details of work to be done
- Liaise with the Distribution center team on shipping of customer orders, back orders
- Handling of embellishment administration including customer quotes, crest ordering, inventory control
- When required, assist in shipping and receiving, and warehouse functions

**Education and Experience**
- Minimum of Grade 12 education
- Some post-secondary education and/or related work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years in an office function
- Above-average computer skills/knowledge - you must be proficient in using a variety of computer programs, including outlook, word, excel and be comfortable with learning our internal ERP system
- Customer service skills

- Detail oriented - accuracy is extremely important in this role
- Efficiency - you must work efficiently and effectively in order to keep up in this fast-paced environment
- Organized - time management skills are very important as this is a busy environment where you are handling multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Multi-Tasking - you will be doing multiple tasks throughout the day & need to be able to manage these effectively & efficiently
- Communication - you must be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization as well as customers
- Problem solving skills - you must be able to identify mistakes and bring issues forward to your supervisor as required
- You must be able to handle paperwork effectively
- You must have your own means of transportation to/from work
