Technical Support Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Technical Sales Support**
- Help our customers with heat pump selection and any required accessories
- Provide internal technical and sales support for our inside and outside sales teams

**2. Troubleshooting**
- Help our customers diagnose and troubleshoot equipment over the phone and electronically by providing supporting documentation when needed and by offering step by step guidance in real time with mechanical contractors across Canada.

**3. Customer Service**:

- Interact with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide expert advice and solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in a timely manner.

**4. Training**
- Provide technical training and equipment introductions to contractor customers both online and in-person, ensuring they are well-informed and capable of using our products and systems effectively.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Experience**:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
- Extensive experience with installation and repair of HVAC systems.
- Refrigeration certification or experience is preferred.

**2. Certifications**:

- NATE Certification (North American Technician Excellence) would be an asset Additional relevant certifications are a plus.

**3. Skills**:

- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong electrical and electronic circuit diagnostic skills

**Compensation & Benefits**:
