TTI is currently looking to welcome a Shipping and Inventory Supervisor
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead the daily operations of the shipping, receiving and inventory team by planning and executing workload based on receiving, production and shipping schedules.
- Shipping and receiving (pallets and packaging)
- Ensure all inbound materials are received and accurately recorded in Sage 300 ERP system.
- Ensure all finished goods are shipped in a timely, cost-effective manner.
- Ensure the shipping and receiving area is clean, organized, and free of hazards before, during and after each shift.
- Operating and inspecting forklift.
- Responsible for maintaining shipping records.
- Coordinating with Production status update on Purchase orders and upcoming deliveries.
- Processing returned items, claims and warehouse inventory transfers.
- Create expense reports for shipping and inventory related costs.
- Responsible for purchasing warehouse and office supplies and managing supply inventory.
- Manage and perform physical inventory procedures and cycle counts.
- Some travel to USA may be required to manage inventory of our Florida office.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of shipping and inventory experience
- Forklift experience (not required - we can provide training).
- Ability to travel to the US
- High school or equivalent
- Data entry experience.
- Tech savvy.
- Previous Sage 300 experience considered an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (excel)
- Must be a strong team player with a firm, personal commitment towards the business and its customers.
