Marketing Research Analyst

As a quantitative analyst, you will work on varied and captivating marketing research projects for major clients, and be involved in every step of the process.
This is a one-year contract, with the possibility of a permanent appointment afterward.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE**
- Plan and coordinate projects with various internal teams.
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis (scoping and managing projects).
- Design tools to gather quantitative data that meet clients' needs (e.g., questionnaire).
- Develop data processing and visualization plans.
- Perform specific statistical analyses (using SPSS and Excel) and establish weighting rules.
- Analyze results, identify anomalies and/or trends.
- Create automated reports and/or write research reports including strategic recommendations.
- Analyze data collected and write research reports including strategic recommendations
- Present research reports to clients.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing **OR**related field (e.g. Sociology, Ethnology, Anthropology, Psychology, Communications, Management, Political Science, etc.).
- **Bilingualism**:Expert level in written and spoken **French and English**_**.**_ _Note: only persons corresponding to this criterion will be considered_
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and responsibility for deliverables.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, manage time effectively, juggle several projects, perform several tasks at the same time and meet tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
