**About Us**:
NutJar is a food manufacturing company based in Delta, BC., producing unique and premium nut butters, spreads, and snacks. Founded in 2020, we have experienced rapid growth and built a sterling reputation for healthy and delicious plant-based foods.

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) Production Assistant who shares our vision to join our growing team, with the potential to advance into new roles and responsibilities as they emerge.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Manufacturing**: Roasting, mixing, grinding, packaging, and labelling food products. Cleaning production equipment, keeping detailed records, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
- **Order Fulfilment**: Packaging and shipping orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
- Utilise basic math skills to ensure accurate measurements and quantities during production.

**Requirements**:

- A positive, forward-thinking attitude with a willingness to learn new skills;
- Flexibility in problem-solving and strong attention to detail;
- Reliability and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Dedication to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Physical capability to perform repetitive movements and stand for extended periods;
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures;
- Eligibility to work in Canada.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- FoodSafe Level 1.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
