**Job Overview**

**Duties**

**Leadership & Management**
- Set and enforce high work ethic standards to consistently meet production goals.
- Monitor workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Execute production instructions provided by senior management.

**Team Supervision & Development**
- Lead, supervise, and support the production team to achieve operational targets.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, accountability and dedication.

**Operational Efficiency**
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and ensure proper resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Supervising**: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing is a major plus1).
- **Food Processing**: 1 year (preferred, but not required).
- Proven track record of meeting production goals and managing team performance.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire performance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple tasks.
- Clear communication skills to convey instructions and expectations effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and production scheduling.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work on the production floor, standing or walking for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move materials up to [15 lbs.] as needed.
