Fleet Clerk

Wage: $18.50 per hour

**A Day in the Life**:
As a full time,, Fleet Service Clerk, you will be at the heart of fleet management operations, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly and efficiently. From managing vehicle maintenance schedules to coordinating logistics and handling administrative tasks, this role demands a blend of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Daily lot/airport scanning
- Organize and move vehicles on the distribution centre lot accordingly
- Fleet new vehicles (including installing in rental system, placing stickers on vehicles and plating)
- Assist with weekly research and review of idle non-rev vehicles.
- Assist with monthly vehicle inventory process.
- Prepare/inspect auction returns (check for damages, remove plates, prepare paperwork)
- Request vehicle ownerships/plates from Ministry Office
- Process H/Y/L/4 holds on vehicles as required
- Assist Remarketing Department inspecting and removing plates on WSL vehicles

**What We’re Looking For**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1- years of experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Knowledge of fleet management or transportation logistics preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends as needed
