We are leaders in the mobile wash space that provide services to HRM, Truro, and surrounding areas. Specializing in services such as pressure washing, house washing, gutter cleaning, Christmas light hanging, window washing, compost bin cleaning, truck fleet washing, and more.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Driving to and from job sites and completing any of our services.
- Working with other team members.
- Performing day-to-day maintenance on equipment.
- Keeping a clean and tidy workspace and truck.
- Coordinating maintenance/repairs at local repair facilities as needed.
- Following job site procedures.
- Completing daily checklists.
- Coordinating with clients daily.
- Using our routing and CRM software.
- Submitting monthly production reports.

**Skills & Traits Applicable to Position**
- Self-reliant & self-motivated.
- Responsible and dependable.
- Must be comfortable working on ladders and roofs. This is a must
- Hard-working, no excuses attitude. We need someone that will step up when it counts.
- Mechanically inclined would be an asset but not required.
- A keen eye for detail and perfection on every job.
- Physically fit.
- Competent driver with the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Strong communication skills.
- Although not required, you will need an airbrake’s endorsement on your license to drive most of the production vehicles. If you do not have the endorsement, we will pay for you to take the test. It is a simple 15-question test that can be taken at the local Access Nova Scotia.

**Hours & Work Schedule**

This position’s work schedule is typically between Tuesday or Wednesday-Friday/Saturday 7-10-hour days. 30-40 hours per week.

**Compensation**

The starting wage to be expected is $ 18.00-$20.00 an hour plus bonuses of $30- $80 per week for the probationary period of three months. After the probationary period, you will receive a $1.00-$ 2.00-hour rise on your base pay depending on performance within the role. Future raises are to be given out based on employees’ ability to meet company expectations. Lead technicians earn $22-$25 an hour with $100-$200 weekly bonuses possible for Christmas light-hanging production leads.
