360 Mobile Wash & Christmas Light Hanging Halifax is now hiring a lead technician for our Halifax branch.

We are leaders in the mobile wash, and holiday light space, providing services to HRM, Truro, and surrounding areas. Specializing in services such as pressure washing, house washing, gutter cleaning, Christmas light hanging, window washing, compost bin cleaning, truck fleet washing, and more.

As a lead technician you will be required to wear many hats and cover many responsibilities. From producing our services, monitoring quality control, maintaining equipment, managing staff, client relations, and more.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Schedule Planning.
- Driving to and from job sites and completing any of our services.
- Working with other team members.
- Overseeing day-to-day maintenance of equipment.
- Coordinating maintenance/repairs at local repair facilities as needed.
- Ensuring staff follow job site procedures.
- Training staff.
- Completing daily checklists, and weekly reports.
- Coordinating with clients daily, and handling customer service situations as they arise.
- Using our routing and CRM software for client, and employee management.
- Submitting monthly production reports.

**Skills & Traits Applicable to Position**
- Self-reliant & self-motivated.
- An above level of comfort with heights and working on roofs, and ladders. This is a must.
- Responsible and dependable. It is expected you arrive early and stay late when needed.
- Hard-working, no excuses attitude. We need someone who will step up when it counts.
- Mechanically inclined would be an asset but not required.
- A keen eye for detail and perfection on every job.
- Physically fit.
- Competent driver with the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Strong communication skills.
- Management experience is not required, but an asset.

**Hours & Work Schedule**

Five day work weeks - 35-50 hours per week.

**Compensation**

The starting wage to be expected is $22.00 an hour for the probationary period of three months. After the probationary period, you will receive a raise based on performance. After the probationary period of three months, your rate of pay should be $24 an hour with bonuses. If capable of running Holiday light division your rate of pay will be $27 per hour + bonuses. Future raises to be given out based on performance and skill set.
