A Day in the Life:
Firstly,** let’s start by saying that you don’t NEED to know how to do this before you start; if you’re interested and eager to learn, we’ll teach you and get you up to speed quickly**
As a member of our maintenance team, you’ll be getting up-close and personal with our line of electric scooters. Following your training and the personal experience you bring to the team, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep and servicing of customer’s scooters, keeping an eye on parts inventory and communicating key updates to our Customer Service team. Check out some of the key responsibilities below
**Responsibilities**
- Receiving incoming repairs
- Repairing the scooters
- Ensure that the steps following a repair are followed
- Provide clear and concise repair timelines to customers
- Ensure a quick turnaround on Open box and returned scooters
**Requirements**:
- Experience repairing E-scooters
- Mechanical Background (automotive, bikes, or other relevant field)
**Other requirement that would be an asset**
- Experience with Airtable
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Slack
- Fulfilment Experience.
